Give back to the community

It has been a year since covid-19 started. It has been hard for everyone. “Families are stressful,” said Sam Loh, President of River of Life Foundation in Santa Clara, California. “They’re concerned about getting food and paying for bills. The community we serve already feels marginalized, disconnected and stressed. We want to bring hope and love to the families.”

During the new season that we are slowly opening up, River of Life Foundation is stocking up on items that its partner network of organizations. These include Paper Towel, hand sanitizer wipes, disinfecting wipes,Toys, T-shirts and face masks. Registration for the event is free. The event starts at 9:00 AM, all participants can drive through and receive a “share the love box” filled by all the items.

“This is our third season hosting this distribution event to the community and every time we not only have more volunteers coming to assist, but continue to increase community participation,” said Sam Loh, president of River of Life Foundation. “With this  exciting post-covid local event, we hope to bring joy and love to the community.”

We sincerely apologize for the unavailability of products such as paper towels and bath tissues at our distribution event today.

The manufacturer suddenly informed us that they have internal production problems and are currently unable to ship out the products they had promised us. We were told, however, that they will make it up to us and send over the shipment shortly.
